Sitel Group - SITEL Nicaragua worst job experience ever!
I worked in SITEL Nicaragua for over a year and a half, at the beginning it was all great, having a new job and meeting new people. The fun part was the training room, we always had a blast there. When I reached the floor for the very first time back in December 2010, It was the worst christmas I had in my life!
Customers love to complaint about everything and anything. I worked for a cellphone company called Mobilicity, a cellphone provider from Canada. On top of customer's yelling at me, I had coaches on top of me for AHT, adherence, the worst thing is that the help I received from coaches and floor supports was rally bad. Sitel is pretty much a slavery job that I wouldn't recommend to anyone, unless you hate that person!
Sitel is so stressful, you don't have time for anything! It's ***!
Worst job I had in my life, I'm glad to not be there anymore!

I spent over 3 wk trying to get employment. Hang up was the background check company they use stating I used my previous married currently.
They closed the case without prior notification but stated I could spend $27 for an official affidavit plus $50 for fingerprints to resolve the issue. Have an active license so I did not need 2 wk of training to obtain a license. It would be fraud if I agree to the training. Wanted to put me in future training which would be another 6 wk from the agreed timeframe.
Continued to send offers for a lesser salary than agreed on. Kept on getting the same emails 3-4 times. Licensing was a joke, I did the research for them. The worse part was I lost the opportunity to start employment with a company to sell Medicare because the window has closed on training.
I reported them to the NV Dept of Insurance. I also advised First Advantage and Sitel any future communication would be considered harassment and would report them to the authorities.
